Sometimes when users attempt to login, an “A get/change on operation table ‘SY_Pathnames’ failed accessing SQL data” error message pops up as seen below.

When you click on more info, the following error code is shown.

Here’s how you can solve this:
1) Edit your ODBC settings
- Click on Data Sources (ODBC), and click on the System DSN tab: to select the ODBC for PDK, and click on Configure

2) In the Microsoft SQL Server DSN Configuration window.
- Confirm that you are connecting to the correct SQL server and click next

3) Mark the checkbox : “Change the default database to”

4) Change the name of the database to ‘DYNAMICS’ in the field for Change the default database to (Note: Both of the checkboxes for the “Use ANSI…” settings should not be marked.)

5) Click Next and Finish.
And there you go! The error will now be resolved and you will be able to log in.
