• Color coding and filtering of the calendar entries by absence type make it easy to identify and isolate |
| different types of absences at a glance. |
• Reports can be automatically generated by the system and automatically e-mailed to selected departmental managers and directors providing for current and historical analysis of PTO data. |
• The hierarchal structure that permits managerial workflow control over the approval of all paid time off (PTO) requests. |
• A managerial dashboard cleanly displays all pending requests submitted by subordinates whereby a manager can approve or deny requests while viewing the departmental absence calendar and the employee history. |
