SDC with over 50 retail salon locations needed to upgrade their aging retail and headquarters management systems with new technology and software. The integrated solution has helped to improve inventory management and purchasing at their central warehouse by allowing the management team to better handle inventory levels and merchandise requests from their remote locations. Additionally, transactional integration between the applications has helped to tighten audit controls and information flow to their financial management software. Through the use of a wireless warehouse picking and receiving solution, SDC will also be able to improve efficiency and accuracy of their pick, pack and ship operations.
