Standard SRF:
Many of the business management application enhancements, custom reports and
business forms are analyzed by our field associates and reviewed on site with
our clients in written form. They are processed internally through our SRF
system, reviewed by programming and estimated for client review. This process is
provided as a no-charge service to our supported clients.
Detailed Specification:
More involved modifications generally go through our more detailed
specification process. This process typically involves multiple on site meetings
with a business analyst and programming resource. This enables us to jointly
define and revise the business requirements to ensure that all concepts have
been fully analyzed in advance of forming a strategic direction. The
requirements are then internally reviewed by our management team to ensure that
all avenues have been thoroughly addressed. As part of this process, Mibar will
submit a detailed modification description, flow charts of the business work
flow, and screen layouts for clarity in form as well as function. As with most
of our development efforts, the submitted documentation will include the
associated development efforts estimates and timetables for the development and
delivery cycle.
