Up until now we have spent a significant amount of time getting to know your staff and users on first name basis. We’ve gotten to know their specific job function, identified how they will use the system, and recognized many of their strengths and weaknesses. As a result, our team is able to design tailored training programs to meet the specific needs of each user.
In addition to our personalized approach, MIBAR.net also offers a variety of delivery methods to meet your training requirements:
On-Site Training – For high-intensity training and complex systems, our team will come to your location to teach your employees in the comfort of your own office.
Remote Training – For less-intense training, our team can teach your staff over the phone or the Internet.
Individual Training – Depending on the number of users you have, MIBAR.net can take a “train the trainer” approach and teach one person on your team to train the rest of your members in-house.
Group Classroom Training – MIBAR.net can also train multiple users at once in a group learning environment.
Our goal during this phase is to empower your team to take control of your business management system beyond the Go-Live phase – but if for some reason you need a little reminder now and then, we offer a variety of options for Ongoing Technical Support so we’re always there when you need us.
