Following the Business Diagnostic, the next step in our process is to layout the nitty-gritty details of your new business management system within a detailed project plan. We like to kick this off with an initial planning meeting between your team and the MIBAR.net project management team. Together we’ll evaluate the project documentation and start allocating necessary resources. We’ll dive a bit deeper into your requirements, assign roles and responsibilities to our team members, create a master schedule, and build a comprehensive project plan.
