Conference Room Pilot
The Final Practice Run before Take-Off
During the installation and configuration phase there is a lot of anticipation as we prepare to launch your new business management system. We’ve installed new software, migrated data, customized features and modules and prepared the system for deployment. We’re literally moments away from Go-Live, but before we get ahead of ourselves it’s absolutely critical that we stay focused. That means we need to slow down, take a deep breath and ensure everything is in place because a single mistake could mean disaster.
That’s why MIBAR.net sets up a development environment to test and retest your system before Go-Live. We call it a Conference Room Pilot, but you might know it as Sandbox, Test Environment, or simply a Dry Run. Whatever the term, it means we’re going to perform a thorough analysis of your system to make sure everything works before pushing it live. We’ll process orders and invoices, balance numbers, assess workflow, and check everything else you can imagine – then we’ll do it again – and we won’t stop until we’re 100% positive everything is perfect!
Then, after we’ve ensured the system is in place and while still in the Conference Room Pilot, we’ll gather all of your key team members to initiate the final stage before Go-Live: user training.
